Your full name, address, email address, and phone number (should you choose to provide it) when you register for an account or make a purchase with SARAH KRANING ART. We register your account with us and store your details so that you can login when you visit again. We use these details to process your order. If we don’t have your address then unfortunately, we cannot perform our contract with you and send you our products. We may send you status updates in relation to your order. We may send you information about our amazing products and offers if you opt in to receive updates. You can opt out at any time.

Why and what we do with it

We like to keep an eye on details of your previous orders, your browsing history on our website and products you had or have in your basket to provide customer support and handle returns/refunds.

Why and what we do with it

Your name, email address and any other information you provide to us when you take part in competitions or events we operate on our website, in store or via any other media (including through our social media channels). If we can’t use your details when you enter our competitions, then we can’t complete our contract with you. We will use the data from the surveys you complete to improve our website and products.
